At Ashiyana, your satisfaction comes first. Because every plate we make is custom and personalized, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

How your order is made

Every name plate is made to order, based on the details you provide. Before we begin:

  1. You place your order on our website.
  2. We contact you on WhatsApp and share a design draft of your plate.
  3. You review and approve the draft.
  4. Only after your approval do we start making your plate.

This step is there to protect you — you see exactly how your plate will look, and nothing goes into production until you're happy with it.

Custom & personalized products

Because each plate is made to your approved design, it cannot be returned or exchanged for:

  • Change of mind
  • Spelling or details you approved in the draft
  • Incorrect information provided at the time of order
  • A change in design preference after production has started

Please check your name, house number, and spelling carefully when approving your draft.

Order cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled any time before you approve the draft, production hasn't started yet, so this is no problem.
  • Once you approve the draft and we begin making your plate, the order can no longer be cancelled, as work on your custom piece has already begun.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

We pack every order with great care, but if something isn't right, we'll make it right. If you receive a wrong product, a damaged product, or a manufacturing defect, contact us on WhatsApp at [your number] within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once we verify the issue, we'll replace your plate at no extra cost.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A note on finish

As each plate is handmade, slight variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur. These are natural to the handcrafting process and are not considered defects.
