At Ashiyana, we deliver custom name plates across Pakistan, carefully packed and shipped straight to your door.

Processing time

Because every plate is made to order, production begins only after you approve your design draft on WhatsApp. Once approved, your plate is crafted and dispatched within 2–3 working days, depending on the design.

Shipping time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Major cities: 2–4 working days
• Other areas: 3–5 working days

Shipping charges & payment

We accept secure online payments and advance payment, with Cash on Delivery (COD) also available across Pakistan. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details on WhatsApp or email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery delays

Occasionally, delivery may take a little longer due to:

• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• Remote or hard-to-reach locations

If anything affects your delivery, we'll keep you updated.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
